Ironically, Mandy grew up in rural Illinois and had never even experienced valet parking until she moved to Tulsa for college, intending to pursue a career in medicine. Her first introduction to the valet industry came when she found herself responsible for managing valet operations at a busy downtown hotel. Faced with leading a team in a service she knew nothing about, she did what any good leader does—she humbly asked the team to teach her. Little did she know that this experience would spark a vision that would forever alter her career and her life. In 2012, Mandy launched Royal Valet from her kitchen table with a simple conviction: if she was going to do it, she was going to do it with excellence. What started as a one-woman operation has grown into a company serving restaurants, hotels, weddings, nonprofits, corporate events, casinos, and some of the region's most recognizable venues. Royal Valet has since expanded into Kansas and Northwest Arkansas, bringing the same hospitality-focused approach that built its reputation in Tulsa. Mandy credits much of that journey to God's faithfulness and guidance. Her Christian faith has shaped both her leadership and her belief that every person—whether guest, client, or employee—deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. When she's not leading the Royal Valet team, Mandy is usually planning her next travel adventure, hunting down a great cup of coffee, or spending time with her favorite people—her husband, who also happens to be her best friend and business partner, and their four children. She loves serving in her local church, reading C.S. Lewis, and investing in the communities Royal Valet is privileged to serve.
