About Us
Royal Valet is the foremost valet parking service for Tulsa and Northeast Oklahoma, Wichita, Kansas, and Northwest Arkansas. Our focus is to serve our communities through the distinguished act of valet parking. Royal Valet recognizes that we are both the first and last experience your guests will have at your event and we take that as a high honor. Through well planned arrival experiences, genuine hospitable interactions, and walking in a sincere appreciation for you and your guests, we are certain that the experience with Royal Valet will be memorable for all involved.
Royal Valet operates in two resolute principles – excellence and integrity. For us – excellence means doing everything we do to the very best of our ability – be it the safety with which we operate the vehicles, the courtesy with which we engage with your guests, or the way we present ourselves. Integrity means we do exactly what we say we are going to do – provide you with the best possible valet experience! We also recognize that vehicles are an extension of one’s home. You can know your vehicle will be treated with respect and care during its time with us.
We are pleased to serve any type of event including but not limited to charity galas, weddings, corporate events, and holiday parties. We also value our partnerships with venues such as hotels, restaurants, casinos, and event venues.
Our History
Royal Valet began in 2012. At the time there was a need for a valet service in the Tulsa area that operated in true excellence. With a background in hospitality and customer service, Royal Valet’s owner and founder, Mandy McElroy, created the humble beginnings of Royal Valet. Supported by her husband and fellow entrepreneur, Scott, Mandy quickly realized that this was not meant to be just a small side hustle.
As Royal Valet began to serve more and more guests in Tulsa, our reputation as a valet company of excellence and integrity quickly grew. By simply engaging with our guests in genuine hospitality and appreciation, we found our company exploding! We are pleased to now serve many communities including: Tulsa metro and Green Country; Wichita, KS; Stillwater, OK; Joplin, MO; and NW Arkansas.
Although we enjoy every event we partner with, perhaps our greatest honor is the many non-profit causes that we get to support on their greatest fundraising nights of each year! We have partnered with Mental Health Association, The Demand Project, Salvation Army, Alzheimer’s Association, art museums, universities, community colleges, and so many more!
Our Team
Mandy McElroy
Founder/Owner
Mandy McElroy is the founder and owner of Royal Valet, the largest valet parking company in Northeast Oklahoma. Ironically, Mandy grew up in rural Illinois and had never even experienced valet parking until she moved to Tulsa for college, intending to pursue a career in medicine.
Her first introduction to the valet industry came when she found herself responsible for managing valet operations at a busy downtown hotel. Faced with leading a team in a service she knew nothing about, she did what any good leader does—she humbly asked the team to teach her. Little did she know that this experience would spark a vision that would forever alter her career and her life.
In 2012, Mandy launched Royal Valet from her kitchen table with a simple conviction: if she was going to do it, she was going to do it with excellence. What started as a one-woman operation has grown into a company serving restaurants, hotels, weddings, nonprofits, corporate events, casinos, and some of the region's most recognizable venues. Royal Valet has since expanded into Kansas and Northwest Arkansas, bringing the same hospitality-focused approach that built its reputation in Tulsa.
Mandy credits much of that journey to God's faithfulness and guidance. Her Christian faith has shaped both her leadership and her belief that every person—whether guest, client, or employee—deserves to be treated with kindness and respect.
When she's not leading the Royal Valet team, Mandy is usually planning her next travel adventure, hunting down a great cup of coffee, or spending time with her favorite people—her husband, who also happens to be her best friend and business partner, and their four children. She loves serving in her local church, reading C.S. Lewis, and investing in the communities Royal Valet is privileged to serve.
Michael Hempel
Operations Manager
Michael is from Lake Jackson, Texas. Michael moved to Tulsa in 2019 to attend Oral Roberts University. In 2021, Michael began as a valet driver and to further his leadership passions and experience took on this position in 2022. Michael enjoys this opportunity to serve the Tulsa community in leading Royal team members.
Tulsa has quickly become a second home to Michael because of his love for the beautiful scenery, the history of Tulsa, and the amazing people he has met.
